These terms govern your use of Cited’s website and product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at security@cited.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Cited to break the law, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, probe our systems without permission, or resell access without a written agreement.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing prices.
Your data
You own the content you add to Cited. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Cited available and accurate, but AI engine responses change constantly and are outside our control. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
