This policy explains what personal data Cited Labs, Inc. (“Cited”, “we”) collects when you visit our website or use our product, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account data you give us — name, work email, company and role. Usage data from the product — pages viewed, features used, device and browser details. Content you add — prompts, competitor names and notes. We do not collect data about your buyers or website visitors unless you connect an integration that sends it to us.
How we use it
To run and improve the product, provide support, send service messages, and — with your consent — send product updates. We never sell personal data, and we do not use your prompts or reports to train third-party AI models.
Who we share it with
Service providers who host, process or support our product under written contracts (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments). We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.
Retention and security
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after closure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and we review our controls every year.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@cited.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
