Get Answer Diff alerts and weekly Share of Answer summaries in the Slack channels your team already uses.
Cited posts to Slack when answers change in ways that matter: a lost citation, a new competitor in a recommendation, or an inaccurate claim about your brand. Each Monday it also posts a Share of Answer summary by engine and prompt group.
How to connect
In Cited, open Settings → Integrations and select Slack.
Approve the Cited app for your workspace and choose a default channel.
Set alert rules per prompt group, such as brand prompts or competitor comparisons.
What teams use it for
Most teams route brand-accuracy alerts to a shared marketing channel and competitor movements to product marketing. Every alert links to its Answer Diff, so whoever picks it up sees the before and after in one click.
